Our team of dedicated Personal Support Workers is highly trained, holding a minimum of Certificate III qualifications, First Aid, and Manual Handling certifications. They undergo a comprehensive company induction and maintain current DCSI/Police Clearances to ensure the safety and well-being of our participants.
The NDIS values the dignity, rights, and individuality of people with disabilities, respecting their autonomy and choices.
